Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab invites electronic bids under ADP scheme "Mapping of Occupational Diseases in Punjab" from reputed firms or government contractors registered with relevant tax departments for procurement of an Android-based survey tool and related services.

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Procurement will follow single-stage, two-envelope procedure with Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS): 80% weight to technical proposal and 20% to financial proposal. A performance guarantee/security of 3% of the work order value (in the form of CDR) will be required. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
