TMA Banda Daud Shah e-Tender: Distribution of Pipelines at PK-97 (Two Packages) — Bids by 2026-10-21

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Banda Daud Shah, District Karak. Invitation to e-bid for works under the Karak Area Development Project (KADP) for the year 2025-26.

Purpose: Construction/distribution of pipeline at PK-97 on need basis (two separate packages).

Key eligibility and required documents: PEC valid license/certification in C-6 or above (FY 2026-27), enlistment with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (FY 2026-27), enlistment with Provincial Govt (Works Department), active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), KPRA registration for 2026-27, copy of CNIC. Firms must upload PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, CNIC, KPRA registration and proof of active taxpayer status; originals must be presented at bid opening.

Submission method and deadlines: Electronic bids must be submitted via PPRA e-procurement platform (www.eprocure.gov.pk / EPADS). Bids must be uploaded by 12:00 hours on 2026-10-21. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours in the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah.

Bid security: As per table above (2% of estimated cost) to be submitted as specified; a copy of CDR along with original CDR must be submitted at bid opening in favor of TMO, TMA Banda Daud Shah.

Other important terms: Bidders must be registered on EPADS; conditional/late/non-compliant bids will be rejected. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals according to applicable procurement rules. Work orders for awarded schemes will be issued subject to release/availability of funds.
