Tender Notice — Drinking Water Schemes & Annual Civil Maintenance (PHE Division Tank) via E-PADS

Public Health Engineering Division, Tank (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites online electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) through the E-PADS system for the execution of the following works under ADP FY 2026-27.

Eligibility Requirements:
Each bidder must attach photocopies of the following documents: Valid PEC registration, Active KPRA registration, Active FBR/NTN certificate, KP Central Enlistment registration (if applicable), and CNIC copy.

Key Terms:
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal before the closing date/time.
- Submitted bids must contain all required documents; incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive.
- Hard copies of documents and original bid securities may be required as per instructions and must reach the office of the Executive Engineer if requested.
- Bid security (as specified above) must be provided in the required form (Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee) in favor of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Tank.
- Bids will be opened as per schedule in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Venue: Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Tank.
Procurement will follow single stage single envelope procedure via E-PADS in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules.
