AWKUM Mardan Tender: Procurement of Stationery Items — Bids Due 2026-10-14

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) invites sealed bids via e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of stationery items under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Eligible bidders: well-established/reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and KPRA (where applicable).
• Tender documents and terms/conditions can be downloaded from: www.awkum.edu.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted on kp.eprocure.gov.pk (EPADS).
• Tender document fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) as Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Treasurer AWKUM; must accompany the Technical Bid.
• Earnest money: 2% of total cost for each job as CDR in favor of Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Scanned copy of the 2% CDR must be uploaded on EPADS with the financial bid; the affidavit regarding the 2% CDR must be attached with the Technical Bid. Physical DD/Pay Order and 2% CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office.
• Bidders must submit a separate bid for each job listed.
