Tender: Rehabilitation of Nautal–Gandawah Blacktop Road (Jhal Magsi) — Two Packages

Project Director Nautal to Gandawah Jhal Magsi & M-8 to Saif Abad Road invites sealed electronic tenders for construction/rehabilitation of blacktop road flood-damaged portions on Nauttal to Gandawah Road in District Jhal Magsi under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR), Government of Balochistan.

Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 (as amended). Method of procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be validly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above with relevant specialization codes, be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and meet minimum turnover and past completion requirements for similar works.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 3% in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Project Director from a scheduled bank. Firms must not be blacklisted. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 per tender shall be deposited into the Government Treasury (Green Challan) at the National Bank of Pakistan as specified in the bidding documents.

Tender documents are available for download via the BPPRA / e-procurement portal (EPPs). Bids are to be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard; all tenders will be opened electronically on the EPPS system. Bid validity: 90 days.
