Tender: Rehabilitation of Nautal–Gandawah Road (District Jhal Magsi) — Two Packages

The Project Director, Nautal to Gandawah (Jhal Magsi) & M-8 to Saif Abad Road, District Jhal Magsi, Balochistan, invites e-bids through the EPPs system for the construction/rehabilitation of blacktop road flood-damaged portions on the Nautal–Gandawah route. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 (as amended).

Eligibility and submission details:

- Firms/contractors must be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above with relevant specialization codes as specified in bidding documents.

- Firms must have valid Income Tax registration and presence on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL); registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is required as specified.

- Procurement method: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure via the EPPs system. Bids must include the required bid security in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee as specified in the bidding documents.

- Non-refundable tender processing fee: Rs. 5,000 per package (as stated).

- Bid validity: Ninety (90) days.
