Issuer: District Council Sahiwal. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA rules and the e-Procurement procedure. Contractors/firms/suppliers must be registered/renewed with Local Governments in Punjab for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant categories to participate.
All bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bidders must submit complete digital bids and digital bid security via the portal. Conditional, unsigned, in-complete, cutting, over/written and doubtful bids shall be rejected. The competent authority may reject any or all bids prior to approval. Successful bidders will be bound to execute required quality control tests at their own expense. Time period for completion will be mentioned in the Work Order after approval of rates of the lowest bidder.
