Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites applications for the post of Company Secretary (OPF Grade-11). The appointment is on a two-year contract (extendable based on performance) and the position is based in Islamabad. Remuneration is negotiable and benefits and allowances will be admissible under applicable rules.

Additional requirements and notes:
The candidate must meet the "fit and proper" criteria outlined in Schedule-IV of the SOEs Act, 2023, possess strong communication, integrity, professionalism, transparency, organizational and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in legal drafting and corporate documentation. Applicants already in government service should apply through the proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
