University of Education, Lahore Tender for Outsourced Security, Junior Computer Operators and Technical Staff (e-Procurement)

Issuer: University of Education, Lahore. Purpose: Invitation to submit e-bids for hiring outsourced security guards, junior computer operators and technical staff on a LOT-wise basis under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA).

Eligible firms/companies/suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax) may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope e-Procurement as per PPRA 2014.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Bids to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically via the e-procurement facility.
• E-bids will be opened under PPRA rules in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• Bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available via the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the University website.
