Tender: Fabrication of Mobile Animal Hospital — Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

Issuer: Directorate General, Wildlife & Parks Punjab (Project Director, Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore).

Purpose: Fabrication of a Mobile Animal Hospital under the project titled "Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore." Electronic bids/offers are invited from eligible firms.

Eligibility: Firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.).

Submission method: Signed and stamped technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement (eP) System. Manual bids will not be acceptable. Bidders can download and submit bids without paying any fee.

Deadline for submission: 2026-10-19 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated price (Rs. 0.440 million). Bid security submission will be processed digitally through the eP system.

Other conditions: Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission. Bids that are incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or received late will not be considered. If an official holiday falls on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The department may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. The department is not responsible for delays in e-bid submission.
