Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Islamabad Club

Issuer: Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Club’s overall management and strategic performance. The CEO will report to the Administrator and will be based in Islamabad on a contractual basis.

Key details:

Responsibilities include strategic leadership and long-term visioning; executive command and accountability over senior management (CFO, COO); driving commercial performance, revenue growth and cost control; service excellence across member services and club operations; safeguarding the Club’s constitution, by-laws and rules; representing the Club to members, government bodies and the public; developing and delivering modernization and capital projects; and building a high-performance, member-first service culture with appropriate governance and reporting.

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, CA/CFA, Masters in Hospitality Management or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience including at least 7 years at CEO or C‑level.
• Proven P&L ownership with results in revenue growth and cost control; experience in multi-unit organizations and leading premier members’ clubs, large hospitality/sports or recreational projects preferred.

Terms & application process:

• Appointment will be on contract for a period of 3 years and extendable for up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.
• The position is purely contractual and not regularizable; the appointee shall have no claim to regularization or permanent employment.
