E-PAD Tender: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore

Issuer: Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (College of Nursing & Midwifery), Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore. Invitation for sealed bids under single-stage two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a) (Amended) for supply of electrical, hardware and sanitary items for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding eligible, registered firms on FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) may participate.

Complete bidding documents must be uploaded on the ePADS portal in PDF format in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore. Original documents along with bid security (Earnest Money) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit in the name of the Principal must be submitted to the Principal's office before the opening date/time.

Submission deadline: 2026-10-21. Financial bids will be opened on 2026-10-21 at 11:30 AM. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Follow instructions on the ePADS portal for submission and document requirements.
