NTC Final Determination: Anti‑Dumping Duty on Dextrose Monohydrate from China (Oct 2026)

Issuer: National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Final determination and imposition of definitive anti‑dumping duty on imports of Dextrose Monohydrate originating in and/or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

Applicants: M/s Rafhan Maize Products Company Limited (Faisalabad) and M/s Matco Foods Limited (Karachi), the domestic producers who filed the original application. Investigation initiated on 22 April 2026; Commission reached an affirmative final determination and has imposed definitive anti‑dumping duties to be collected on import as provided under the Anti‑Dumping Duties Act and Customs law.
