Shaikha Fatima Institute invites sealed single-stage one-envelope bids (as per PPRA Rule 36(a), 2004, amended) for the supply of electrical, hardware and sanitary items for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) may apply.

Key conditions:

• Bid security (earnest money): 3% of the estimated value of each lot (in the form of a CDR). Bidders must upload the CDR with bidding documents on the ePADs portal and submit the original CDR at the time of tender opening.
• Bidding documents, terms and conditions are available on the ePADs portal (www.epads.gov.pk) and can be downloaded from www.szmc.org.pk. Bids must be uploaded on ePADs in PDF format in the name of the Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore.
• Each bidder may participate in one or more lots; rates must be quoted item-wise and a total price provided for each lot. Prices should be inclusive of all applicable taxes; taxes will be deducted as per federal rules.
• Incomplete, late, unsigned, unstamped bids, or bids without required CDRs will be rejected. Alternate or conditional bids will be treated as non-responsive.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33 (2004, amended).

Submission and opening:

• Deadline for submission (upload on ePADs): 2026-10-21.
• Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
