Directorate of Housing, Air Force Officers Housing Schemes (AFOHS) Falcon Complex Rawalpindi invites applications from reputable contractors/firms for pre-qualification to construct houses in AFOHS at Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Kamra, Akora Attock, Sahiwal, Multan and Karachi. Firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration may participate for one or more sites. Applications must be submitted with the listed documents to the Assistant Director Housing, AFOHS Falcon Complex, Rawalpindi.

| Government Enlistment | Enlistment with government agencies, if any |
| Undertaking | Undertaking on stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted by any government organization |
| Processing Fee | Bank draft of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favour of "Directorate of Housing, Air Headquarters, Islamabad" |
