E-Procurement Tender: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore

Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute), Lahore invites sealed e-tender bids (single stage, one-envelope) under PPRA Rule 38(a) 2004 (Amended) for supply of Electrical, Hardware and Sanitary items for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bidding documents are available on the ePADs portal. Bids (PDF) must be uploaded on the ePADs portal in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore before the closing date. Original bid security CDR must be submitted at the time of tender opening.

Total estimated cost: PKR 6,514,616. Bid opening (technical & financial) will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may participate in one or more lots; bid security of 3% of the estimated value of each lot (or total) is required in CDR form and must be uploaded with the bid and the original produced at opening.

Key notes: quote item-wise rates inclusive of all applicable taxes; bids not complying with requirements, conditional or alternate proposals will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per Federal Government rules. The Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33 (2004, Amended).
