E-Bidding Notice: Construction of PCC Street & Allied Works, PK-105 Lakki Marwat

Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), Lakki Marwat invites sealed e-bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure for construction of PCC street and allied works. Bidding is based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) & Non-MRS items and bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department in accordance with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centralized Enlistment Policy for FY 2026-27.

Key conditions:

• Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk).
• Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted as separate sealed envelopes and also uploaded electronically through EPADS where required; place both envelopes in one outer sealed envelope addressed to the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Lakki Marwat.
• Online bid submission deadline: 2026-10-22 at 12:30 PM. Financial bid opening date/time for technically qualified bidders will be communicated after technical evaluation.
• Last date/time for seeking online clarification: 2026-10-16 at 05:00 PM.
• Bid Security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Lakki Marwat; CDR shall be issued after publication of this NIT and before the bid submission deadline.
• Bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the bid submission deadline.
• Contractors must be registered on EPADS and possess a valid user account.

Bids that are cut or overwritten will not be accepted. Any discrepancy between documents uploaded on EPADS and hard copies submitted may render the bid non-responsive. Matters relating to bid security and additional security will be governed by applicable KP Public Procurement Rules and notifications.
