Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one Associate (Electrical) position on open contract/permanent basis for a PMDC project/mining site in Balochistan.

Position	Associate (Electrical) — 1 Post
Qualification	Minimum B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical from a HEC-recognized institution
Experience	Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably at mining or heavy engineering sites
Age Limit	Maximum 47 years as on the application closing date (age relaxation as per applicable rules)
Preference	Candidates having domicile of Balochistan will be preferred
Place of Posting	PMDC Project / Mining Site, Balochistan
Key Responsibilities	Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery and installations at mining/project sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and ensure continuity of operations. Inspect, repair and maintain motors, control panels, power distribution systems, switchgear and other electrical installations. Assist in installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems as required. Carry out routine inspections and scheduled maintenance and maintain proper records of electrical maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, HSE requirements and applicable standards. Provide day-to-day electrical support for smooth and uninterrupted mining/project operations.
