Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one Maintenance Lead / Sr. Associate (Electrical/Mechanical) post for a PMDC project / mining site in Balochistan. The appointment is on open-term contract with market-based negotiable salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities.
- Ensure equipment availability, timely troubleshooting and minimum operational downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports; supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify process and cost improvements, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs.
