EPADs Tender: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items for Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute (SZPGMI), Lahore. Invitation to bid for supply of electrical, hardware and sanitary items for Financial Year 2026-27 under single-stage one-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a), 2004 (Amended).

Eligible bidders: reputed, financially strong firms, stockists, manufacturers and distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR. Bids must be quoted item-wise (inclusive of all applicable taxes). Taxes will be deducted as per applicable Federal Government rules.

Bid submission: Bidding documents and terms are available on EPADs (www.epads.gov.pk) and may be downloaded from www.szmc.org.pk. Bids (PDF) must be uploaded on the EPADs portal in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore.

Deadline for submission: 2026-10-21. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security (Earnest Money) of 3% of the estimated value must be uploaded with the bid in the form of CDR; the original CDR must be submitted at the time of tender opening. Participation in one or more lots is permitted; bid security must be provided per lot or for the total tender value.

Other conditions: Alternate or conditional bids will be considered non-responsive. Incomplete, late, unsigned, unstamped bids or those submitted by other than the specified mode will be rejected. The Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (2004, Amended).
