Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one open contract/permanent position of Maintenance Lead / Senior Associate for a PMDC project / mining site in Balochistan. Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in Balochistan.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities; ensure equipment availability and timely troubleshooting with minimum operational downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams; prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports; supervise maintenance staff and contractors; conduct root cause analysis, identify process and cost improvements, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs.
