E-PAD Tender: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore

Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore) invites sealed single-stage one-envelope bids under PPRA Rule 36(a) (2004, amended) for supply of Electrical, Hardware and Sanitary items for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders are reputed, financially sound firms, stockists, manufacturers and distributors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Tender documents, terms and conditions and bidding instructions are available on the E-PADs portal (www.epads.gov.pk); bidding documents may also be downloaded from www.szmc.org.pk. Bids (Lot-wise) must be uploaded on the E-PADs portal in PDF format in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore and submitted before the closing date below. Original bid security CDRs must be submitted at the time of tender opening.

Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 A.M. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (2004, amended).

Key conditions: Bidders may participate in one or more lots. Bid security of 3% of the estimated value for each lot (or total tender value) must be provided as a CDR and uploaded; original CDR to be produced at opening. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and total price for each lot; prices should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Incomplete, late, unsigned, unstamped, or conditionally qualified bids and bids without required CDR will be rejected.
