How to apply and eligibility:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website after publication of the NIT in the daily newspaper and KPRA website.
- Contractors must be registered with PEC, Local Council Board, KPRA enlisted with C&W Department and have active status with FBR as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.
- Bids must be submitted via EPADS before the closing time. Scanned copies submitted through EPADS and then hard copies leading to mismatch will cause disqualification.

Bid security, validity and other conditions:

- Bid security: 2% (as shown) to be provided in favour of the Director General Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar as specified.
- Bids will be valid for 90 days from the closing date.
- Bidders submitting bids through a call deposit will be barred from participating for one year in addition to forfeiture of earnest money.
- Only up to two decimal digits will be considered for evaluation.
- The procuring entity may cancel or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason. Other standard KPPR/A and procurement rules apply.
