Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a 3-year contract (extendable for 2 years). The CFO will report to the CEO and lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and the overall financial strategy to ensure the Club’s financial sustainability.

| Key responsibilities | Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards; manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables and recovery; oversee cash flow, treasury and banking relationships; maintain robust internal controls over F&B, rooms, stores, sports and event revenues; coordinate with internal auditors and Head of Internal Audit; ensure full tax compliance; provide financial analysis and MIS to the CEO, Finance Committee and Board; develop and supervise the Finance & Accounts team. |
| Qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant, CA, ACCA, ACMA or CPA (mandatory). An MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university will be an additional advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance. Experience in hospitality, a members' club or a not-for-profit organization is preferred. |
| Systems | Working experience with ERP/hospitality accounting systems such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera or similar. |
| Terms & benefits | Appointment on contract basis; not regularizable or permanent; competitive compensation and benefits, including Club privileges, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. |
