| Responsibilities | Lead and oversee daily operations of Club outlets (restaurants, banquets, guest rooms, sports complex, golf course, recreational facilities); translate strategy into operational plans and KPIs; maintain service standards; plan/manage events and member activities; optimize processes, inventory and resource utilization; ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance; oversee maintenance, grounds and equipment; develop department heads and operational staff; monitor performance and report to CEO. |
