Islamabad Club invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will report to the Administrator and lead the Club’s overall management, strategic planning, member services and financial sustainability in Islamabad.

| Key responsibilities | Provide strategic leadership and long‑term vision; lead and hold senior management accountable; ensure service excellence across amenities (restaurants, member services, rooms, sports, golf, events); drive revenue growth and financial sustainability; maintain governance, rules and regulatory compliance; act as Club ambassador; oversee development projects and modernization of Club facilities; build a high‑performance member‑first service culture. |
| Education | Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, CA/CFA, Masters in Hospitality Management, or a related field from an HEC‑recognized university. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post‑qualification experience with at least 7 years at CEO/C‑level in a multi‑unit or multi‑company organisation. Preference for proven experience in member clubs, recreational projects, large hospitality/sports organisations or turnaround assignments with revenue growth and cost control achievements. |
| Terms & Benefits | Appointment on a 3‑year contract subject to satisfactory performance; position is on a lump‑sum basis and not regularizable. Market‑competitive compensation and benefits, including Club privileges. |
