Head of Internal Audit — Islamabad Club (3‑year contract, extendable)

Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit to lead the Club’s internal audit function and report to the Finance & Audit Committee. This is a contractual appointment based in Islamabad for an initial three‑year term, extendable for a further two years.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a risk‑based internal audit plan; conducting financial, operational, compliance and IT audits across all departments (including F&B, rooms, stores, sports, golf and events); evaluating internal controls, SOPs and delegation of financial powers; reviewing procurement, vendor contracts, payroll and membership receivables; performing surprise inspections, stock takes and cash counts; investigating irregularities and suspected fraud; monitoring compliance with the Club constitution, by‑laws, policies and applicable laws; reporting findings to the Finance & Audit Committee; and coordinating with external auditors while leading the Internal Audit team in line with IIA standards.

Minimum qualifications & experience

Terms: Appointment is contractual for 3 years; may be extended for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. The position is purely contractual and not regularisable; candidates will be offered market‑competitive remuneration and benefits.
