Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one Maintenance Lead / Senior Associate post for a PMDC project / mining site in Balochistan.

| Preference | Candidates with domicile of Balochistan will be preferred |
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment; ensuring equipment availability and timely troubleshooting; minimizing downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams; preparing and monitoring maintenance schedules, inspections, reports and records; supervising maintenance staff and contractors; conducting root cause analysis, identifying process and cost improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs.
