CDA Addendum: E-Bid for Horticulture Improvement Works in Islamabad (July 2026)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Directorate, has issued an addendum to its Invitation to e-Bid for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway (Convention Center to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) and Murree Road (Faizabad to Serena Chowk). Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly at 12:00 hrs on the stated closing days at the office of the Director General (Environment), Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad.

Bid submission deadlines are shown in the addendum as 10 July 2026 (11:30 hrs) and 14 July 2026 (11:30 hrs); manual bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, 2026-07-06 at 11:00 hrs at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. All other terms, including NIT cost and bid security, remain unchanged.
