District Council Faisalabad Invitation for e-Bids — Annual Contracts 2026-27

District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for Annual Contract(s) for the Financial Year 2026–27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

Key terms: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 2026-10-20. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Only electronic bids submitted through Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained.

A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees) will not be accepted in compliance with the Government of Punjab instructions (ref. SO(Tech-I)5-4/2024 dated 19.05.2026). Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
