Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit to lead the Club's internal audit function and provide the Board with assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls.

| Core responsibilities | Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan; conduct financial, operational, compliance and IT audits across all departments (including F&B, rooms, stores, sports, golf and events); evaluate internal controls, SOPs and delegation of financial powers; review procurement, vendor contracts, payroll and membership receivables; perform surprise inspections, stock takes and cash counts; investigate irregularities; monitor compliance with the Club's constitution, by-laws and applicable laws; report findings and track implementation of management action plans; coordinate with external auditors and lead the internal audit team in line with IIA standards. |
| Required qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA (mandatory). MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university is an additional advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk or assurance, including at least 5 years as Head of Internal Audit/Chief Internal Auditor or equivalent; experience in hospitality, members clubs or not-for-profit organisations and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera) preferred. |
