Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a 3‑year contract (extendable for 2 years) based in Islamabad, reporting to the CEO. The CFO will lead the Club's finance function and provide strategic financial insight to support sound decisions and long‑term financial sustainability.

| Key responsibilities | Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and laws; manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables and recovery of outstanding dues; oversee cash flow, treasury, investments of Club funds and banking relationships; establish and maintain internal controls across F&B, rooms, stores, sports and event revenues; ensure tax compliance (income tax, sales tax on services, withholding) and statutory filings; provide financial analysis and MIS to CEO, Finance Committee and Board; lead, develop and supervise Finance & Accounts team. |
| Education & Qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA mandatory. MBA (Finance) from an HEC‑recognized university is an additional advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post‑qualification experience, including at least 5 years as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance. Experience in hospitality, members' club or a not‑for‑profit organisation preferred. Working knowledge of ERP/hospitality accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera or similar). |
| Terms of Employment | Appointment on contract basis for 3 years. Contract may be extended for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. Position is purely contractual and not regularizable; appointee has no claim to regularization or permanent employment. Compensation and benefits (including Club privileges) will be attractive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
