Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or related shall be preferred. Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in procurement and contract management, including at least 3 years of experience in the public sector. |
| Management Trainee Officer (MTO) | One (01) | 21-30 Years | Minimum 16 years of education in a relevant field with minimum CGPA of 3.00 in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Geology, Mineral Exploration, Geologic/Geophysics/Information Systems (GIS), Information Technology & Networks, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, Procurement/Supply Chain Management or Internal Audit. 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply. |
Terms & Conditions:
- Market competitive salary package will be offered to selected candidates. The age of candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- For Sr. No.1 the appointment shall be made on a contract basis initially for three (03) years, extendable by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance and company requirements.
- For Sr. No.2 the Management Trainee Officer position shall be for a period of six (06) months (extendable) with a monthly stipend of PKR 40,000.
- Candidates must meet prescribed qualification and experience requirements. Incomplete applications or applications received without required documents will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. TA/DA will not be admissible for the interview. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel.
