Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed e-bids (EPADS Ver 2.0) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from suppliers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of electrical materials to HESCO regional stores (Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah). Bidders must be registered on EPADS Ver 2.0 to participate.

Important instructions:
- Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on the scheduled date and time; manual bids will not be accepted.
- All e-bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in favor of Chief Executive Officer HESCO in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Banker’s Cheque from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Scanned copy of Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS; original Bid Security must be submitted to the Manager (Material Management), HESCO, Room No. 237, WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad, Hyderabad on or before the closing date and time.
