The Punjab Prisons Foundation, Lahore invites Expressions of Interest from qualified and experienced audit firms to conduct external audits of its financial statements, income & expenditure and related financial records for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26 in accordance with the Foundation's By‑Laws and applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Eligibility highlights
  • Firm must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
  • Possess a satisfactory Quality Control Review (QCR) rating per ICAP requirements.
  • Comply with ICAP's UDIN requirements for reporting.
  • Listed under Category 'A' on the panel of auditors maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan (Section 35(1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962) or be a Category‑A CA firm in the relevant panel.
  • Minimum three (03) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Successfully conducted at least five (05) audits of Non‑Profit Organizations, Government Organizations/Departments, Autonomous Bodies, or similar public‑sector entities.
  • Must not be blacklisted, debarred, or declared ineligible by any Federal or Provincial Government Department, Agency, Organization, or Authority; an affidavit on stamp paper (prescribed value Rs. 1,200/-) is required.
Selection and terms Selection will be made in accordance with the By‑Laws of the Punjab Prisons Foundation, Lahore and applicable rules; technically qualified firms will be informed about the date and time for opening financial proposals.
