Punjab Highway Department Tender — Dualization/Rehabilitation: Housing Colony Chowk to Farooqabad (Laharpur/Sheikhupura Road)

Punjab Highway Department, Executive Engineer Highway Division Sheikhupura (Superintending Engineer Highway Circle Lahore) invites e-tenders through the PPRA e‑Tendering / Punjab e‑Procurement System for the dualization/rehabilitation of the road from Housing Colony Chowk to Farooqabad on Lahore–Sheikhupura–Sargodha Road. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (category C‑1 and above) in relevant codes Road & Pavements (CE01) and Bridge Structures (CE02) may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e‑Procurement System; contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRAs/PPRA website as required. Successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of issuance of letter of intent in favor of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Sheikhupura (acceptable forms: CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee).
