Punjab Highways Department Tenders — Highway Division Bahawalpur (Two Works)

Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bahawalpur invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors (revalidated PEC license for FY 2026-27) through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) for the following highway works. Registration on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal is mandatory.

Key instructions: Bid Security 5% of estimated cost must be submitted only via digital online payment (PSID) through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Bahawalpur. Performance Security (Guarantee) 10% of contract amount will be required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of offer letter through digital online payment via the same e-procurement system (valid 3 months beyond completion/extended time). Rates must be quoted item-wise and as a grand total; percentage deviation on estimated/DNIT cost will not be accepted. Contractors may attend O/o Commissioner Bahawalpur on 2026-10-21 at 1300 hours where responsive bids will be downloaded and opening/quoted rates announced. Tenders are subject to PPRA rules; submission of bogus documents will lead to disqualification.
