CDA Addendum: E-Bid for Horticulture Rehabilitation Works on Islamabad Roads

Capital Development Authority (CDA) issues an addendum/corrigendum to its invitation to e-bid for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway (Convention Center to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) and Murree Road (Faizabad to Serena Chowk). Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk); manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly via EPADS at 12:00 hrs on the bid submission day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-06 at 11:00 hrs at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. All other terms, NIT cost, bid security and bid submission/opening schedule in the original bidding documents remain unchanged.
