PITB Invitation to Bid for IT Hardware & Data Center Warranty Renewal

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for two procurement packages: IT hardware and equipment for the Punjab Experience Center (DC-05), and procurement of IT hardware/equipment & warranty renewal for PITB Data Center (DC-06). Bidding is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, on a single-stage, two-envelope basis.

Procurement scope includes workstations and accessories, laptops, miscellaneous hardware (UPS, NAS, storage), immersive/display systems (transparent OLED, hologram cylinder display, depth cameras), IT hardware (including professional cameras and development kits), and software licenses for DC-05. DC-06 covers servers, storage & switches and warranty renewal for data-center systems.

Tender documents and financial/specification details are available for download at PITB and Punjab e-procurement websites. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and will be opened on the dates specified in the tender documents. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal and comply with document submission, bid security, and other requirements described in the tender document.
