Tender: Long-term Lease for Fuel Station & EV Charging Complex — GECHS Bahawalpur

Government Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Hasilpur Road, Bahawalpur invites sealed tenders from reputed Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and experienced operators for the long-term lease of approximately 4 kanals to develop, operate and maintain a modern fuel station complex on a Build-Operate-Transfer basis. Project components include petrol & diesel filling station, electric vehicle (EV) fast charging station, car wash & auto service facilities, convenience store/tuck shop and other approved commercial facilities.

Eligibility: legally registered company/firm/OMC in Pakistan, minimum 5 years' relevant experience, financially sound, registered on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and not blacklisted.
