Pakistan Coast Guards invites applications for the post of Civilian Medical Officer on a two-year contract (renewable). Appointments will be within Pakistan Coast Guards areas of responsibility in Sindh/Balochistan provinces. Pension and gratuity are not admissible; pay and allowances as per BPS-17.

Eligibility: Pakistani citizens or residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Persons discharged on disciplinary grounds or convicted of offences involving moral turpitude are ineligible.
Terms & conditions include applicability of Efficiency & Discipline rules (Esta Code 1973), Official Secrets Act 1923, no postgraduate training during contract, and one month notice or payment in lieu for termination. Medical Officers may be posted anywhere within Pakistan Coast Guards' area of responsibility.

Completed applications and required documents must be submitted to the address below within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
Documents required (duly attested, two copies): CNIC; Domicile; Education certificates/degrees (Matric/FSc/MBBS/MPH etc.); MBBS final professional marks sheet; House job certificate; Experience certificate; Character certificate; PMDC registration; two passport-size photographs.
Selection procedure: Shortlisting after scrutiny, written test for eligible applicants, followed by interview for shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA for test or interview. Employment governed by Pakistan Coast Guards Employment Rules.
