Pakistan Coast Guards — Civilian Medical Officer (BPS-17) Contract Vacancies

Pakistan Coast Guards invites applications for the post of Civilian Medical Officer (Male) on a two-year contract basis, renewable thereafter. Initial contract period is two years.

Nationality: Pakistani citizens or residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Ineligible: persons discharged/released from Government service on disciplinary grounds or convicted by a court of law for an offence involving moral turpitude.

Terms: Pension and gratuity are not admissible. Efficiency & Discipline Rules as per Estacode 1973 apply. One month advance notice or payment of basic pay will be required for termination of contract by either side. Postgraduate training or courses are not allowed during the contract period. Official Secret Act, 1923 applies. Pay and allowances will be admissible as per BPS-17 and Pakistan Coast Guards employment rules.

Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
