Intermarket Securities Limited will hold its 28th Annual General Meeting of the members on Thursday, 22 October 2026 at 3:00 pm at Defence Authority Creek Club (DHA), Karachi, with video link arrangement available.

| 2. To appoint Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending 30 June 2027 and to fix their remuneration (present auditors, being eligible, have offered themselves for re-appointment). |
| 3. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair. |
Share transfer books will remain closed from 15 October to 22 October 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers lodged with the Company’s Share Registrar, M/s FD Registrar Services (Pvt.) Ltd, by close of business on 14 October 2026 will be considered for registration for the purpose of determining members entitled to attend and vote.
Members entitled to attend may appoint proxies in accordance with the Company’s procedures; Central Depository Company (CDC) account holders should bring/produce their Participant ID and Account Number and required identification. Members are requested to update bank/IBAN details and other mandated information with the Share Registrar as required for dividend disbursements.
