Purpose: Mix-use commercial development (shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail and factory outlets). Lease period: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual rent escalation: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 24 months from possession. Building construction to follow local construction bye‑laws.
