Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for procurement of IT hardware and equipment for the Punjab Experience Center (Tender No. DC-05) and for procurement of IT hardware/equipment & warranty renewal for PITB Data Center (Tender No. DC-06).

Bidding procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender documents and detailed specifications are available for download from PITB and PPRA websites. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 11:00 hours on the closing date; technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.
Submission & opening: Electronic submission on the Punjab e-Procurement system is required. Tender documents may be downloaded free of cost from the PITB and PPRA websites. Bidders must follow instructions in the tender documents regarding bid security and submission.
