Key conditions:
- Bidding documents available on PPRA and EPADS portals. Only firms/contractors registered as vendors on EPADS v2.0 and holding valid PEC license and FBR registration are eligible.
- Bidders must upload a scanned copy of bid security (earnest money) on EPADS and submit the original call deposit receipt (CDR) at the office of Deputy Director (Civil), Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA, one day before bid opening. Pay orders are not acceptable.
- A scanned affidavit on judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 stating that the firm is not involved in litigation must be uploaded; original to be produced at bid opening.
- If total bid amount is more than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference between the NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of the NIT; this is in addition to earnest money and must be submitted with the bid.
- Bid opening: Works at S. No. 1–4 will be opened at the office of Director, Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA (Prime Minister's Office Building). Works at S. No. 5–7 will be opened at the office of Deputy Director (Civil), Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA (Prime Minister's Office Building). Bidders or their representatives may attend.
