Issuer: Banking Court No. II, Hyderabad. Plaintiff: Faysal Bank Limited. Defendant: Noor ul Hassan S/o Syed Saeed Ahmed. Suit No. 454 of 2026 for recovery under Section 9(1) of The Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
