Notice to Creditors — M/s Al‑Mohandis (Pvt) Limited (Company Petition No. 32/2011)

The Official Liquidator gives notice to the creditors of M/s Al‑Mohandis (Pvt) Limited (in liquidation) in Company Petition No. 32 of 2011 to submit proofs of their respective debts or claims.

Creditors must deliver or post an affidavit proving the debt or claim in the prescribed form, stating their names, addresses and particulars of debt or claim and any title to priority under Section 390 of the Companies Act, 2017. Documents must be received by the Official Liquidator on or before 2026-10-30.

Any creditor who fails to submit the affidavit of proof within the time limited will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution of dividend before his debt is proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
