Key eligibility and qualification requirements:
• Valid PAA/ASF security clearance issued or recognized by the competent airport/security authority for undertaking security-restricted/airside works at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
• Minimum average annual construction turnover of PKR 875 million (total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed during the last three years).
• Minimum financial resources (net of major contract commitments) of PKR 334 million for the subject contract.
• Participation as contractor, joint venture partner or subcontractor in at least one satisfactorily completed contract between 1 January 2019 and the Bid submission deadline with a minimum contract value of PKR 325 million.
• Relevant construction experience including: (i) at least 300 m of perimeter/security fencing; (ii) at least 500 metric tonnes of hot-mix bituminous pavement; and (iii) at least 300 m3 of RCC structural/infrastructure works.
