The Official Liquidator invites creditors of M/s Engine System Limited (Company Petition No. 12 of 2004) to submit proofs of their respective debts or claims in prescribed form, with names, addresses and particulars of debt or claim, and any title to priority under Section 390 of the Companies Act, 2017.
Creditors must deliver proofs to the undersigned on or before the closing date shown below or send by post so as to reach him not later than that date. Any creditor who fails to submit an affidavit of proof within the time limited will be excluded from any distribution of dividend before his debt is proved or from objecting to such distribution.
